Adult Martial Arts Program:
This adults only martial arts class combines a wide range of disciplines, including Ryukyu Kempo Karate, Small Circle Jujitsu, Modern Arnis (FMA), Judo, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The program is designed to teach practical self-defense skills by blending traditional martial arts practices with modern concepts of self-defense. Whether you’re looking to gain confidence, improve your fitness, or learn effective ways to protect yourself, this class offers a well-rounded approach to personal wellness and safety.

Kids Martial Arts Program:
Self-Defense & Contact Training
This martial arts class for kids ages 6-12 focuses on teaching fun and effective self-defense techniques while introducing contact training in a safe, friendly environment. Kids will learn how to protect themselves, build confidence, and get stronger through exciting, action-packed classes. The program promotes teamwork, respect, and personal growth, all while making martial arts enjoyable for young learners.

Teens Martial Arts Program:
This martial arts class for teens 13-17 focuses on teaching practical self-defense techniques while incorporating contact training to build confidence and strength. Students will learn real-world strategies to protect themselves in various situations, develop discipline, and enhance physical fitness. The class also emphasizes respect, focus, and personal growth in a supportive environment.

Absolutely not! Martial arts is an excellent way to begin a fitness journey as well as maintain one. All are welcome and we are happy to meet you where you're at.

Never! We do offer some contract memberships at a discounted rate, but they are not required. We offer affordable month-to-moth membership options as well as private and semi-private lesson packages.
